Purpose

Tendring District Council wish to release S106
held solely for improvements at the play area Brooklands Garden,
Jaywick. The funds will be used to install new swings.

To release £2,747.17 of Section 106
money to Tendring District Council, for the installation of new
swings at the Brooklands Gardens, Jaywick Sands play area, under
project 294.

Alternative options considered

If they contribution is not allocated to
improve play at Brooklands Gardens, it will need to be returned to
the developer.
