Purpose

Little Oakley Memorial Club would like to
request the release of S106 funding, currently allocated solely for
use at the Memorial Hall and its associated open space, to support
improvements to the entrance road and car park. These enhancements
will significantly improve access and usability, enabling better
use of the open space and sporting facilities available at the
club.

To release
£8,890.23 of Section 106 money to Little Oakley Memorial Club
towards the upgrade of the entrance or and carpark area under
project 293.

Alternative options considered

Any unallocated funds would need to be
returned to the developer. S106 agreement specifies where the
contribution can to be allocated.
