Purpose

As part of the AONB is located in Tendring
District, the Council has been involved in the preparation of a
Management Plan for the Area. This stage represents the formal
public consultation that the Council was invited to respond
to.

Content

To formally respond to the Dedham Vale
National Landscape and Stour Valley Management Plan public
consultation.

Alternative options considered

1. Submit a formal consultation response to
the Management Plan.
2. Do not submit a formal consultation response. This option would
limit the Council’s influence in shaping the Management Plan
and reduce its ability to effectively represent local views and
priorities.
