Purpose

To appoint Treasury Advisors via a procurement
exemption approach following the expiry of the existing contract
period.

Content

To agree an exemption from the Council’s
Procurement Rules along with the associated award of contract to
MUFG Corporate Markets Treasury Ltd for the provision of treasury
management advisory services to the Council for an initial period
of 2 years with the option to extend for a further one year.
