That the Performance Outturn Report for the
approved Highlight Priorities 2024/25 be published, circulated to
all Members and uploaded to the Council's website in line with the
Council's transparency policy.

Reasons for the decision

To provide an year of assessment of
Performance Outturn Report against the approved Highlight
Priorities 2024/25 to be placed in the public domain.

Alternative options considered

To not publish the report - discounted as this
is contrary to the transparency commitments of the Council.
