To authorise payment of the invoice for
£50,000 for Tendring District Council’s contribution to
the Tendring Colchester Borders Garden Community Project for
2025/26

Alternative options considered

The decision to make the contribution has been
made with consideration to LGR but at the present time the matter
is not impacted and partnership working in respect of the Garden
Communities project continues with Colchester City Council and
Essex County Council.
