Country Planning Conservation functions as specified in Schedule 1
to the Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities (England)
Regulations 2000 (as amended) and as detailed in Appendix 1 to Part
3 of the Constitution.
Decisions as detailed in the decision list.
Declaration of any interests made by relevant parties is detailed
in the reports.
