Purpose

Elmstead Market Parish Council wish to release
S106 money which has been secured from recent developments in the
area. This will be used to make improvements to a recently acquired
area of open space known as Charity Fields.

To release £900.00 of Section 106 money
to Elmstead Market Parish Council, for the improvements to the
newly acquired open space at Charity Fields. This will enable
