Purpose

To continue to provide a payment option at the
post office and Paypoint terminals that in turn also supports the
Council with meeting its obligations under section 29 of the
Financial Service Act 2021 to ensure a duty of care to consumers
around financial inclusion.

Content

To appoint Allpay Ltd to provide Bar Code
payment services to the council for a period of two years following
direct following direct award via the Government Cloud 14 (G-Cloud
14) Procurement Framework 2023 for cloud hosting, software and
support.
