Purpose
Under the powers delegated to the Director of
Planning and Community, the discharge of the Town and Country
Planning Conservation functions as specified in Schedule 1 to the
Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities (England)
Regulations 2000 (as amended) and as detailed in Appendix 1 to Part
3 of the Constitution.
Powers relating to entering into an agreement regulating
development or use of land under Ss.106 Agreement of the Town and
Country Planning Act 1990.
