Content

That the Portfolio Holder for Housing and
Planning notes the contents of the report and approves that:
i) acceptance of the transfer of Plots 196, 197, 208-214
(inclusive) Finches Park, Kirby Cross also known as 64, 66, 68
& 70 Wheatsheaf, Kirby Cross, Essex CO13 0FS and 12, 10, 8, 6
and 4 Spelt Close, Kirby Cross, Essex CO13 0HW based on the
recommendations of the Director for Planning and acquiring a
shareholding in Finches Park (Frinton-on-Sea) Management Park
Limited (Co. No. 11738949).

(ii) with the official representative of the Council to be
nominated by the Chief Executive.

Reasons for the decision

To allow the Council to accept the properties
from the site developer.
