Frating Parish Council have recently taken
ownership of Frating church yard. They intend to make improvements
by adding benches and replacing boundary hedges.

To release £3,161.39 of Section 106
money to Frating Parish Council under project 297 (improvements to
Frating church yard).

Alternative options considered

If the money is not allocated to the Parish
Council it will need to be returned to the delevoper.
