Group with the membership thereof as set out hereunder:-

(b)   To appoint Councillor Graham
Steady as the Chairman of that Working Group.

Reasons for the decision

To
expedite the Inquiry that was approved by the Committee to be
included within its work programme for 2025/26.

Alternative options considered

To not appoint the
Working Group. This was rejected as it would prevent Members from
undertaking the Inquiry that was approved by the Committee (and
subsequently by full Council) to be included within its work
programme for 2025/26.
