Content

Following consultation with the Chief Executive and the
Monitoring Officer to formally –
 

(a)    
approve the Terms of Reference for the Nominating
Body, as set out in Appendix A,
for non-constituent members of the Greater Essex
Combined Authority (GECCA) or other such body or forum
established for devolution within the Greater Essex Area;
and
 

(b)    
agree to participate in the Nominating Body as
Leader of Tendring District Council.
