Purpose

A formal decision is required in order to
grant a lease extension. As a result of the Council missing the
statutory deadline to serve the Counter Notice, the Council has
agreed to accept the premium offered by the leaseholder.

To grant a lease extension for a property at
31 Coopers Lane in Clacton-on-Sea in accordance with the provisions
of the Chapter II of Part I of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and
Urban Development Act 1993.
