approve the Annual Capital and Treasury Strategy for 2026/27
(including Prudential and Treasury Indicators) for consultation
with the Resources and Services Overview and Scrutiny
Committee.

Reasons for the decision

To undertake the
necessary consultation with the Resources and Services Overview and
Scrutiny Committee on the Annual Capital and Treasury Strategy for
2026/27, as part of its development, for recommending to the Full
Council meeting on 31 March 2026.
