Schedule 1 to the Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities (England) Regulations 2000 (as amended) and as detailed in Appendix 1 to Part 3 of the Constitution.
Matters delegated to the Tree and Landscape Officer and powers relating to the preservation of trees under Ss.197 to 214D Town and Country Planning Act and the Trees Regulations 1999.
To serve a Remedial Notice in respect of the conifer hedge in the rear garden of 19 Mountview Road, Clacton on Sea.
