Purpose

Under the powers delegated to the Corporate Director (Planning and Community) and further delegated by them to appropriate Officers under Schedule 2 of Part 3 of the Constitution, the discharge of the Town and Country Planning and Conservation functions as specified in Schedule 1 to the Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities (England) Regulations 2000 (as amended) and as detailed in Appendix 1 to Part 3 of the Constitution.
Matters delegated to the Tree and Landscape Officer and powers relating to the preservation of trees under Ss.197 to 214D Town and Country Planning Act and the Trees Regulations 1999.
To confirm tree preservation order 26/00008/TPO subject to the
modifications on the site plan and Schedule 1: Specification of Trees, namely the omission of T4-T12 – Oak.
