Purpose

To allocate £3080 to Essex County
Council to update the feasibility study for the pump track/learn to
ride/inclusive cycling loop being considered for the Clacton
Leisure Centre site following their undertaking a procurement
exercise for the work.
An initial feasibility study was undertaken for this site and
procured via Essex County Council however further work was
undertaken in the immediate vicinity in terms of the skate park and
so the feasibility study required updating.
This feasibility study update is required prior to the potential
proposed use of wider levelling up funding to deliver this project.
The funding is being allocated to Essex County Council as they
undertook the procurement exercise
