Decision

Resolved:

1. 1.  That the section 106 contributions referred to at paragraph 2 of this report are allocated to the Andover Train Station Placemaking project (‘the Project’)

Recommendation to Council:

1. 2.  That Community Infrastructure Levy (‘CIL’) funding referred to in the report be allocated to the Project.
2. 3.  That the Project be added to the Council’s Capital Programme, to be funded by the Community Infrastructure Levy Community Projects Reserve and Section 106 developer contributions.
