Decision

That the proposed Biodiversity Net
Gain (BNG) Monitoring Fee charges be APPROVED with immediate
effect and authority delegated to the Associate Director: Planning,
in consultation with the Lead Member for Planning and Place Making,
to set the level of BNG Monitoring Fees annually in line with
service costs.
