Decision

That it be RECOMMENDED TO COUNCIL:
 

     
i.       
that capital expenditure up to £200,000 from capital receipts
to replace the bridge be APPROVED;
 

that the bridge
replacement be included within the capital programme of the
Council; and

 

that authority be
delegated to the Director of Corporate Resources in consultation
with One Legal and the Lead Member for Finance and Asset
Management, to agree the contract conditions for the replacement
footbridge.
