Decision

1.           
That the grant of a lease of the Homelands Community Building and
adjacent land shown edged red on the plan attached  to this report, to the preferred bidder be
APPROVED.

 
2.           
That award of the management contract (which shall be co-terminus
with the lease), to the preferred bidder be
APPROVED.
 
3.           
That, subject to the passing of the procurement standstill period
without challenge,     that
authority be delegated to the Director: Corporate Resources in
consultation Director of One Legal to:
 
i.             
finalise and enter into the lease and management agreement with the
preferred bidder; and
 
           
           
ii.         take all
necessary steps and undertake all necessary procedures                          
           
including entering into any legal documents for and associated with
the                
           
lease and management of the Homelands Community
Building.
