Decision

1.   
That disposal of 4 Howard Road, Tewkesbury be APPROVED.

2.   
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director:
Resources to negotiate the terms of the disposal to a
purchaser who, in the opinion of the said Executive Director:
Resources, offers a price confirmed by an appropriately
qualified valuer to represent the best consideration that can
reasonably be obtained.

3.   
That authority be delegated to the Director: One Legal, in
consultation with the Lead Member for Finance and Asset
Management, to prepare the necessary legal documentation for
the disposal of the asset on behalf of the Council upon the terms
agreed by the Executive Director: Resources and such other
terms as considered reasonably necessary or desirable.
