Decision

1.    
That the Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support
Penalty and Prosecution Policy be ADOPTED.

2.    
That authority be delegated to the Executive Director: Resources,
in consultation with the Head of Service: Revenues and Benefits and
the Head of Service: Counter Fraud and Enforcement Unit, to approve
future minor amendments to the policy.
