Decision

 That it be RECOMMENDED TO
COUNCIL:

i.                
that a virement of £120,000 from the local pay
review budget to the Planning Partnership base budget is approved;
and

ii.               
the new Planning Policy Officer post (included in
the 2023-24 budget as a growth item) be moved to the Planning
Partnership budget (ca. £40,000).
