That it be RECOMMENDED TO COUNCIL that:
i. That Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS) 2025/26 CIL Report be APPROVED for publication and published on the Council’s website by 31 December 2026 and its CIL information be submitted to government.
ii. That the Infrastructure List 2025/26 be APPROVED for publication and authority be delegated to the Director: Growth, in consultation with the Lead Member for Planning and Place Making, to make amendments in the event that partner councils approve changes to it before publication on the Council’s website by 31 December 2026.
