Decision
That the draft recommendations in respect of the boroughwide Community Governance Review be AGREED for further consultation purposes, subject to the following amendments:
i. the number of Councillors for Tewkesbury Town Council be increased from 16 to 19;
ii. the Parish warding arrangements for Bishops Cleeve be amended to reflect the consequential Parish warding arrangements arising out of the Local Government Boundary Commission for England electoral review of Gloucestershire County Council completed in 2024 and contained in The Gloucestershire (Electoral Changes) Order 2025; and
iii. the number of Councillors for Bishops Cleeve Parish Council be increased from 20 to 23.
