The Executive noted the decisions of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Joint Committee on 02 September 2026. The CIL Joint Committee agreed to allocate uncollected funds to the M5 Junction 10 scheme, continue ringfencing future income for this scheme up to £20m, and review the allocation to local strategic infrastructure projects if anticipated income levels are not met. The Committee also approved updated Terms of Reference for its Joint Officer Working Group and noted the status of projects receiving CIL funding, approving enforcement of the initial £10m grant for the M5 Junction 10 scheme and entering into a new funding agreement, as well as approving a variation to the Bus Rapid Transit CIL grant funding agreement.
