Decision

1.    
That lease of the land and facilities on the plan appended to the
report to the preferred bidder be APPROVED.
 

2.    
That it be AGREED that the management contract be
coterminous with the lease agreement, subject to an independent
valuer agreeing the tender represents best practice.
