Decision

That the use of urgency powers to establish a
Productivity Plan Member Working Group to oversee the development
of the plan, and to delegate authority to the Executive Director:
Resources, in conjunction with the Member Working Group, to
finalise and submit the Productivity Plan, be NOTED.
