Purpose

The principal aim of the Food
Service Plan and Enforcement Policy is to ensure that the
regulation of food businesses within the District is conducted in
line with the Food Standards Agency regulatory framework and that
the Local Authority meets its statutory duties.

Decision

Cabinet approved the Service Plan and
Enforcement Policy (as detailed in Annex 1 to the Cabinet
report).
