Decision

To proceed with the purchase of six vehicles
for the Cleansing Service.

Reasons for the decision

Vehicles are replacements for current vehicles
and part of the Vehicle Replacement Programme.

Alternative options considered

Alternative would be to not purchase the
vehicles and continue with current ones. This was not considered as
current vehicles are past their expected working life and the money
for the replacements has already been allocated.
