Purpose

This report set out the
provisional year-end position for the General Fund, Housing Revenue
Account and Capital Programme for the year ended 31st March 2023.
As referred to previously, the figures remain provisional because
our 2021/22 and 2022/23 accounts have not yet been audited and are
therefore subject to change until the audit is
completed.

Decision

1. 
Cabinet agree the following:
 
(i) 
The proposed reserve movements as identified at sections 3.1 and
3.2 to the Cabinet report.
 
(ii) 
The slippage in the General Fund Capital Programme as identified in
section 6 to the Cabinet report.
 
(iii) 
The slippage in HRA budgets as identified in section 8 to the
Cabinet report.
