About

The Joint Transportation Board advises both Kent County Council (KCC) and Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council (TMBC) Executives on transportation matters. It reviews capital and revenue funded works programmes, the Highway Unit's Annual Business Plan, and parking orders. The board also acts as a consultation forum for highway, road traffic, and public transport policies between KCC and TMBC. Its advice is limited by the KCC Executive's decisions on works programmes.
