About

The Overview and Scrutiny Committee provides a check on decisions made by the Cabinet, Cabinet Members and Committees and can call-in for further discussion those decisions which have not yet been implemented.   The Committee also undertakes reviews of any matters that it considers appropriate.   The Terms of Reference for this Committee are set out in Part 3 of our Constitution – Responsibilities (Responsibility for Council Functions).
