To seek the approval of the Strategic Director
for Children and Family Services to allow Employee A (YPP, Torfaen
MyST) to act up as an LTP and Employee B (YPP, Torfaen MyST) to
reduce their working hours from 37 to 30 hours per week, for a
fixed term period of one year. The overall purpose of these changes
is to allow Torfaen MyST to pilot a changed team structure, to
determine whether having four LTPs within the team better supports
the capacity to adequately resource the on-call and on-call back up
aspects of the intensive service.
