To seek approval to incur UKSPF
programme/project-related costs at risk until such time as a new
Service Level Agreement with RCT (as the SE Wales Regional Lead
Authority for UKSPF) is in place.

Further, in the unlikely event that no SLA is completed, to note
that any non-recoverable or abortive UKSPF
programme/project-related costs incurred will need to be to be met
from Directorate/Council Reserves, subject to the standard approval
process.
