2.1 Approval is sought to deliver the SPF Good
Food Economy Development grant and establish a Food business
Startup Grant fund.

2.2 Approval is also sought to commence a round of the Direct Food
Support Grant as well as a Going for Gold challenge grant under
Torfaen's Food Partnership.

2.3 To delegate power under Section 11.5.8 of the Constitution of
Torfaen County Borough Council to the Group Leader Strategic
Economic Development for the approval of applications made under
both Grant Schemes.
