introduction of Universal Free School Meals resulting in additional
duties being allocated to school cooks.

? Consideration needs to be given to the increased responsibilities
of School Cooks and subsequent pay grade.

? A revised job description has been prepared and the job
evaluation process carried out.

? Consultation with staff and trade unions will be necessary to
seek agreement of the changes before implementation.
