The purpose of this report is to seek approval
from the Strategic Director (Resources) for a Council Tax
Discretionary Relief Policy, in line with powers set out in Section
13A(1)(c) of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (as inserted by
Section 10 of the Local Government Finance Act 2012). This is
considered to be an operational policy and as such can be approved
as a Category C report.
