Approval granted by the Strategic Director for
Adults and Communities in consultation with the Executive member,
for the contract award for 5 years with a break clause at the end
of year 2 to allow for a review to confirm if outsourcing is the
still the best model for the farm moving forwards. Following
discussions with the Monitoring Officer the decision must be
implemented before the process of challenge and call in has been
completed because the implementation is required urgently.
