To agree the terms and conditions for the
Shared Prosperity Fund Torfaen Business Direct Business Growth
Grant.

To delegate power under Section 11.5.8 of the Constitution of
Torfaen County Borough Council (version 54 issued 15th October
2019) to the Group Leader Strategic Economic Development and Head
of Economy & Place for the approval of applications made under
the Torfaen Business Growth Grant.
