Proposed changes to the make-up of the
council's scrutiny committee portfolios

Council unanimously agreed to
approve the changes to the Scrutiny Committee Portfolios as set out
in Appendix 1 of the report and agreed to delegate authority to the
Monitoring Officer in consultation with the Members Constitution
Working Party to make the changes required to the Council’s
Constitution.
