Agree Regional Governance Arrangements to be
implemented in April 2016.

Cabinet agreed:
 

i)             
That regular reporting
arrangements be made to both Cabinet and Healthier Overview and
Scrutiny Committee; and

ii)            
to delegate the
agreement of the final Terms of Reference for the Partnership Board
to the Chief Officer, Social Care and Housing, in liaison with the
Executive Member, Health, Social Care & Well-being, the Chief
Legal Officer and Monitoring Officer and the partner
agencies.
