Cabinet:

at Appendix Two and Three;

Approved that the Authority proceeds with the procurement on the
basis of the affordability envelope outlined in the financial case
of the Outline Business Case within Appendix Two of the report;

Delegated authority to agree and finalise the detailed terms of the
Inter Authority Agreement to the Chief Officer of Neighbourhood
Services and Planning and Public Protection;
·
Delegated authority not otherwise covered by the Inter Authority
Agreement or the Council’s existing Scheme of Delegation on
the procurement as outlined in the report to the Chief Officer
Planning, Public Protection and Neighbourhood Services; and

Agreed to recommend to Council that it approved any required
