Purpose

The purpose of the report is to provide
Cabinet with an overview of the complaints performance for the
2014/15 financial year.

Content

Cabinet agreed to note;
 
·        
The progress made during the past year to manage and learn from the
complaints received so service improvements are delivered and
reoccurrences are minimised; and

 
·        
The proposals to support service areas to use their customer
contact information to investigate and ultimately reduce the number
of complaints coming into the Council in the future.
