Noted the progress to
date in developing operations (formerly known as projects) for
European Social Fund (ESF) support from the 2014-2020 Structural
Funds.

Noted the officer
recommendation to obtain signed SLAs with joint beneficiaries as
part of the governance arrangements, ahead of the acceptance of
grant on BiW2 and WSfA2.

3.   
Agreed to enter into
formal contractual arrangements with WEFO subject to the Leader and
the Chief Executive being satisfied on the SCM; the IR; the
delivery models and governance arrangements; and

4.   
Agreed to enter into
formal contractual arrangements with the joint beneficiaries as set
out in the report.
