Purpose

To seek approval for a revised proposal for a
Post 16 centre in Cwmbran following Welsh Government's rejection of
the original Strategic Outline Case submitted by Colleg Gwent and
the council in April 2015.

Cabinet gave approval to submit the
Strategic Outline Case to Welsh Government and agreed to implement
the decision as a matter of urgency.
