(i)           
Cabinet noted the feedback from the
consultation.

(ii)         
Cabinet approved the proposals as outlined in the
conclusion in Section 12 of the report.

(iii)        
Cabinet approved the proposal to reduce the number
of Inclusion Officers in the Education Service subject to a 4 week
staff consultation exercise.

(iv)        
That the outcome of the staff consultation exercise
is reported to the Cabinet Meeting on 24th March
2015.

(v)         
That a detailed implementation plan covering all of
the proposal is prepared with headteachers and presented to Cabinet at its first
meeting of the summer term 2015.
